program diet.

tahan anis tahan!! arghhhh!!!!
bgn pagi, isi air dlm botol bwk g klas..
breakfast ngn green apple 1..
den lunch mkn satay chicken paratha je.
dh kire diet la 2 kan!haha..den bile mlm jeeee...
maigod!!kfc pulak..
hadoi!!!
mcm mane nk diet ni! xde nasik, substitute bkn main lg.
a day before, siang bkn main diet..ptg starbucks plak..nooooooooo!!
sblm 2 kfc jgk, den beger lg..ishhhhhhh..
no funny at all!
plz3 nak kurus!!
